Add comments to folders and files
You can add comments to a folder or file in the Firm Documents tab, My Documents tab in the Documents area, or client documents. Onvio indicates the current number of comments for each item in the Comments column.
Click in the Comments column next to the item to which you want to add a comment.
To update or delete a comment, click in the number icon in the Comments column and then click the button in the Comments panel.
- Only the staff member who created a comment can edit or delete it.
- Comments are visible only to staff within Onvio.
You can pin a comment by selecting the Pin button (Add icon). This will pin a comment to the top of the comment box. If there are multiple pinned comments, then the most recently pinned comment will be at the top.
